Backup and restore

How do I make a backup of my FMF?
I tried the instructions o https://freemedforms.com/en/manuals/sav ... s[]=backup, but could not find any "Save and restore NEWS" under Preferences.

This page is about a future feature not yet implemented. It was not clear at all but I just added a notice and a link to the manual instructions. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. :-)
